Karlie Marotz, RN, BSN, is an aesthetic nurse injector with years of bedside experience in high-acuity settings, including ICU, PACU, CCT, flight nursing, and laser eye care. She holds national credentials—CCRN, CFRN, CPAN, and CAPA—and has completed advanced hands-on training, including two cadaver anatomy labs and countless one-to-one mentorship sessions. Drawing on her critical-care foundation, Karlie blends medical rigor with an eye for balance and proportion to deliver subtle, natural-looking results. Every consultation begins with listening—aligning treatment plans to your skin, lifestyle, and downtime needs—so you leave feeling confident, informed, and cared for.
RF Conway III, MD, serves as Medical Director for Lux Aeterna. Fellowship trained in vascular interventional radiology, Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital. Board-certified in vascular and interventional radiology (American Board of Radiology). Dr. Conway oversees clinical governance, safety standards, and evidence-based protocols, supporting the team in delivering precise, patient-centered aesthetic care. His role ensures every treatment plan reflects the highest medical standards while aligning with each patient’s goals.
